French Art Deco Macassar Dining Chairs

A striking set of eight French Art Deco dining chairs, fully restored and reupholstered to showcase their original elegance. Crafted in a mix of solid and simulated Macassar ebony, the chairs feature beautiful  veneers with a rich, high-gloss finish that highlights the dramatic grain pattern typical of this exotic timber.

The angular backs are gently curved for comfort and visual impact, while the seats have been expertly reupholstered in a soft, cream-toned faux suede, with fully sprung foundations offering lasting support. The sweeping sabre legs and subtle tapering lines give the chairs a refined silhouette, characteristic of French Art Deco design from the 1930s.
