French Art Deco U-Base Dining Table in Burr Walnut, c.1930s
A superb French Art Deco U-base dining table dating from the 1930s, executed in richly figured burr walnut and figured walnut, seating eight with ease.
The generously proportioned rectangular top displays spectacular burr figuring, supported by a dramatic curved U-shaped pedestal that rests on a rectangular plinth base with stepped feet. The warm, honey-toned veneers have developed a beautiful natural patina, highlighting the sculptural quality of the design.
Elegant, substantial and highly practical, it is perfect for a dining room, open-plan living space or formal interior.
Presented in excellent original condition throughout.
