English Art Deco Cocktail Cabinet 

A beautifully proportioned Art Deco cocktail cabinet by the celebrated English makers Harry & Lou Epstein, dating to the 1930s. Crafted in pale sycamore, the cabinet is enriched with contrasting cross-banded walnut, creating subtle linear definition that enhances its architectural form.

The design is elegantly balanced, with the upper section opening to reveal a glazed interior fitted with glass shelves, ideal for displaying glassware. Behind the upper doors sits a pull-out serving slide with small brass handles, a thoughtful and practical detail typical of the period. The lower section opens to a shelved interior, complemented by a single central drawer, offering additional storage while maintaining visual symmetry.

Bird’s-eye maple handles provide a refined tactile contrast against the lighter sycamore ground, while both upper and lower compartments are lockable, with two original keys supplied.
