Leather Lounge Chair & Stool
Hans Olsen
A superb black leather lounge chair and matching stool by Hans Olsen, dating from circa 1960. Designed with comfort in mind, the chair has a beautifully proportioned, enveloping form and is particularly inviting when paired with its original matching footstool.
The chair is raised on elegant rosewood legs, while the black leather has developed an attractive patina over time. There are a few light marks consistent with age, adding to the authentic character of this mid-century modern piece rather than detracting from it.
The chair and stool remain in very good condition and together form a wonderfully comfortable and stylish seating arrangement, equally suited to a living room, study or reading area.
