A Walnut Dutch bombé bureau with figured veneers in early 18th century style, the fall has a four-fold butterfly configuration of veneers arranged symmetrically, the same symmetry followed on the alternating convex and concave drawer-fronts standing on balll and claw feet  set off by pierced brass escutcheons and handles, the interior with serpentine drawers secret drawers flanking a central inlaid cabinet with well in front
