Aviator Desk

1950’s light aircraft, aluminum Alloy leading wing edge, converted into a desk with two solid 50’s period oak drawers and a thick black hide leather inset top. The frame of the desk is constructed from welded steel, machine riveted wings with wing repairs done in the 60’s and 70’s, this aircraft was decommissioned in the 1980’s.

Handmade and polished to a high shine, the aluminum may have natural abrasions that give it that wonderful patina that have been polished and really add to its character

This small single drawer desk has macassar ebony top with a burr walnut front the uprights are thick glass bolted to a brass base with walnut center, it has a single drawer and two white melamine lined cubbyholes either side, the desk has been professionally restored and hand polished and is in excellent vintage condition

This Italian produced Desk / Writing table designed by Giancarlo Piretti it has has three drawers and stands on a cast aluminium base with chromed up rights. two drawers are lockable and have key I cant get the left hand drawer lock working but the drawer works fine without, the top has been fully professionally hand polished and is in excellent condition throughout

Designed by Henning Jensen and produced by Torbin valour in Denmark in the mid 1960's. This rosewood desk has beautiful graining and the exposed finger joint construction. Highlighted by a subtle raised lip along the back edge, exposed finger joints on the drawer handles and on the bracket style supports. Featuring a large open bookcase on the front side. This desk has been fully restored using traditional techniques and is in excellent condition throughout
