In the Eye of the Beholder
Art has always been in the eye of the beholder. Don’t be making the mistake in thinking you can logically explain what makes something so darn good. If you could do that then you can literally print money.
The thing is…we all see art subjectively and that means there is a lot of choice out there, that and if you have the time and money to search for it. If on the other hand you want to cut out the hours of surfing and gallery strolling with a partner who spends most of their time eyes glued critically to the price tag or distracted looking longingly at that bar across the road (the one with the just poured pint with the teasing condensation). Then consider the benefits of The Furniture Rooms and our fantastic selection of ‘That’s exactly what I’ve been looking for!’
We could be just the ticket. A place that stocks art from all eras, from the tastefully mounted and framed movie posters (we all know there’s a lot of bad ones out there). Like James Bond, Quadrophenia and Taxi driver. To the iconic Rolling Stone, Vogue covers and album artwork of Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin.
Or if you want the more classical, we stock a large collection of beautiful pictures from the likes of Leonardo di Vinci, Salvador Dali and Toulouse Lautrec…to name but a few. We also have many originals, in the painted canvas form, vintage screen prints to the hand sculpted. The question is…What’s your bag?
